Delicious combination of arugula lettuce with mango and feta cheese
Ingredients:
Arugula
Mango
Feta
Celery
Red Onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Mango vinegar
Salt and pepper
Honey
HOW TO
Chop the mango, feta and celery and cut the red onion into rings and mix everything with the arugula.
For the dressing, take 2 parts olive oil and 1 part mango vinegar, salt and pepper and possibly a little honey if you find the dressing a little too sour.
This salad is delicious for lunch, but also goes very well as a side dish with a piece of fish and rice.
