Actually, this is just a bit of stacking with whatever you have left in the fridge.
Stacking from the fridge
FLATBREAD chicken with mango vinegar
Ingredients per person
1 Flatbread
1 chicken thigh or chicken breast
2 tbsp sour cream
handful of chopped iceberg lettuce
1/4 red onion rings
few slices of cucumber, strips of bell bell pepper and cubes of tomato
wedge of lime
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
mango vinegar
HOW TO
Grill the chicken breast in a grill pan or on the BBQ.
Heat the flatbread.
Spread the flatbread with sour cream and top with the lettuce, onion rings, cucumber, bell bell pepper and tomato. Place the chicken on top.
Sprinkle the paprika and cumin powder on top. If desired, add some salt and pepper.
Drizzle with some lime juice, olive oil and mango vinegar.
